Objectives
The main objective of this course is to make the students aware about the legal aspects of cyberspace, the internet, and computing. In a broader view, the issues of intellectual property, contract, jurisdiction, data protection laws, privacy, and freedom of expression in the digital space are covered in this course . This will enable the students to understand the various concepts of Cyber Law .
