objectives
The objective of this course is to expose students to the concepts and idea of Environmental law and its cannons. After the completion of the course the students will be aware about the problem of environmental pollution and laws as a means of prevention of environmental pollution and protection of environment. The students will be able to understand and apply the provisions under the Indian Constitution and various legislations for protection of environment as legal experts.
