Course Objectives
- To familiarize the students with the basic concepts, processes and issues of international business management.
- To enable students to develop contemporary understanding of management principles, managerial analysis and decision making.
- To develop a critical insight among the students for with regard to international organizations in large and business practices in specific.

Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the learner is expected to:
- Analyze effective application of IBM knowledge to diagnose and solve organizational problems and develop optimal managerial decisions.
